ORDER

The writ petition is filed praying for a Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondents to extend the benefit of G.O.(1D) No.327, Education Department dated 18.11.2013 to the petitioners, fix the scale of pay at Rs.2000-3500 or the corresponding pay as per the subsequent V Pay Commission from the date of regularisation of their service in the cadre of Vocational Instructor with all consequential service and monetary benefits.

2. Mr.Abishek Murthy, learned Government Advocate appearing for the Respondents would submit that the representation of the petitioners dated 18.12.2013 would be considered and orders would be passed within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, which was agreed to by the learned counsel for the petitioners. 3/6

Recording the above submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners and respondents, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the Respondents to consider the petitioners' representation dated 18.12.2013 after putting the petitioners on notice and to pass orders within a period of 8 weeks from the date of a copy of this order. It is open to the petitioners to rely upon any earlier order or Circular in support of their case. No costs.
