CRIME NO.722/2020.

Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition to report before the respondent on the first day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed in the order dated 15/12/2020 made in Crl.M.P.No.7433 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.10754 of 2020.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.N.S.SUGANTHAN, Advocate for the petitioner, and of M/S.KRITIKA KAMAL P. Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This miscellaneous petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner directing him to report before the respondent Police on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is aged only 20 now and he forgone his studies and working as labourer for his livelihood. Hence, he seeks for relaxation.

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner has uploaded prone photographs of a child in the face book. Hence, she vehemently opposed for relaxing the conditions.

4. Heard both sides.

5. Though, the petitioner was granted bail on 17.07.2020 on certain conditions, those conditions have been relaxed once and now the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent Police only once in a month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to relax the condition as imposed by this Court dated 15.12.2020, in Crl.M.P.No.7433 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.10754 of 2020.

5. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
