This Criminal Original Petition is filed to transfer the investigation in Crime No.241 of 2022 pending on the file of the 1st respondent to any other agency and to direct the agency to investigate and file final report within specific time. The incident took place on 17.07.2022 causing riot and looting of educational premises by the Mob. The present petition is filed by the aggrieved School Management.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that since the police has not recovered the material looted from the school premises, seeks transfer of investigation.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police on perusal of CD file submits that the investigation is carried on properly in accordance with law, substantial property which could be recovered already recovered and within four months final report will be filed.

Recording the undertaking, this Criminal Original Petition is 2/4
closed for the present with a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period four months.
