This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for records and quash the FIR No.10 of 2020 dated 17.08.2020 on the file of the Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, Ulundurpet, Villupuram.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, Mr.A.Damodaran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent submitted that the investigation has been completed; the charge sheet has also been filed and it was taken on file by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ulundurpet.

3. In view of the above submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, nothing survives for further consideration in this Criminal Original Petition and the same is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
