Respondents Prayer : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to remove the encroachment made in the "Sarkaar Itteri" the Government Pathway in Survey No.1078, Mulanur Village, Dharapuram Taluk, Tiruppur District in accordance to G.O.(Ms) No.540 of 2014 and to bring the land to its original form and clear the encroachment by considering the petitioner's representation dated 31.01.2022.
