Respondent Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., praying to modify the condition imposed by the Honourable Principal District and Sessions Judge of Tiruppur dated 03.08.2018 in C.M.P.No.1262 of 2018. Accordingly the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV Tiruppur and on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the Learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the Learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV Tiruppur daily at 10.30 a.m. until further order. The petitioner shall comply with the condition stipulated under section 482 Cr.P.C.

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by the Principal District and Sessions Judge of Tiruppur dated 03.08.2018 in Cr.M.P.No.1262 of 2018.
2.The petitioner is an accused in Crime No.335 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 147, 448, 294(b), 323 and 506 (i) of IPC. The petitioner filed Cr.M.P.No.1262 of 2018 under Section 438 Cr.P.C seeking anticipatory bail, in which, the Principal Sessions Judge, Tiruppur, by order dated 03.08.2018, granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner on certain conditions, one of which is, that the petitioner should sign before the Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Tiruppur, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
everyday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. The petitioner filed Cr.M.P.No.1361 of 2018 in Cr.M.P.No.1262 of 2018 before the Sessions Court, Tiruppur, for the modification of the said order and the same has been dismissed on 21.08.2018., aggrieved by which, the petitioner is before this Court. 3.Today, Mr.R.Devaraj, Sub Inspector of Police, Mangalam Police Station, Tiruppur, is present. On instructions, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has complied with the condition imposed by the Sessions Court in Cr.M.P.No.1262 of 2018 by reporting before the Judicial Magistrate No.IV Tiruppur till 21.08.2018.
4.Mr.A.Raghuraman, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is a student and on account of the ensuing examination, he is finding it difficult to regularly comply with the said condition. 5.Accepting the said submission, the aforesaid condition stands modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required.
Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
