According to the revision petitioner, the revision petitioner has filed an application in IA.No.19582 of 2014 in OS.No.3638 of 2010 for appointment of an Advocate Commissioner. By order dated 01.10.2015, the III Assistant City Civil Judge, Chennai has appointed an Advocate Commissioner and the Commissioner has submitted a report in the month of September 2016. As there was no objection for

the aforesaid report, the matter was posted for arguments. Thereafter, the matter has been adjourned from time to time for arguments. In the meantime, another application in IA.No.12268 of 2017 in the above application has been filed by the revision petitioner and the same is also pending. At this stage, the revision petitioner has filed the present Civil Revision Petition for early disposal of the application in IA.No.19582 of 2014.

2. Considering the facts the said applications are pending for long time, without going into merits of the case, this Court is inclined to direct the III Assistant City Civil Judge, Chennai to dispose of the said applications in IA.Nos.19582 of 2014 and 12268 of 2017 in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.

3. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with above direction. No costs.
