ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of an enquiry.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.

3. Taking into consideration the fact that the matter is purely civil in nature, it is for the parties to redress the same before the appropriate Civil Court and the respondents police will have no role to play in a case of this nature.

4. This Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents police not to interfere with the matter which is purely civil in nature and it is open for the parties to agitate their rights before the competent civil court.
