ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to correct the FMB sketch for the property more fully disclosed in the prayer of this Writ Petition, based on the petitioner's representation dated 02.02.2026, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
2. According to the petitioner, there are wrong entries in the FMB sketch for the property more fully disclosed in the prayer of the Writ Petition. Hence, the petitioner had given representation to the respondents on 02.02.2026, seeking for correction of wrong entries. Since the said representation was not considered, the petitioner has filed the Writ Petition.
3. Mr.C.Jayaprakash, the learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.
4. No prejudice will be caused to the respondents if the petitioner's representation as stated supra is considered on merits and in accordance with law, after considering due supporting documents produced by the petitioner and after hearing all the necessary parties, within a time frame to be fixed by this
Court.
5. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation.
6. For the foregoing reasons, this Writ Petition is disposed of, by directing the 2nd respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents produced by the petitioner and after hearing all the necessary parties, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
