ORDER
These criminal original petitions have been filed to call for the records and quash the complaint in C.C.Nos.144 & 147 of 2016 respectively on the file of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Tiruvallur.
2. Heard the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioners in both the Crl.OPs.

3. When this Court was about to dismiss these petitions on merits, the learned counsel for the petitioners sought permission of this Court to withdraw these petitions and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
4. In view of the above submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, these petitions are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners to raise all the points before the trial Court. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
5. At this juncture, Mr. Ramesh, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioners sought dispense with the personal appearance of the petitioners before the trial Court and submitted that this Court may direct the trial Court to accept the appearance of the petitioners, by a Special Vakalat.
6. Accepting his submission, this Court directs the trial Court to dispense with the presence of the petitioners and permit the petitioners to be represented by an advocate through Special Vakalat and take part in the proceedings.
