ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the bail condition in para 7(ii and iii) imposed by the Judicial Magistrate No.III, Vellore in Crl.M.P.No.342 of 2026 dated 19.01.2026.

2.The learned Mr. P. Dhileepan, Government Advocate (Crl. Side), appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the said conditions.

3. In view of the same, the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.342 of 2026 dated 19.01.2026 is modified and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on alternate days at 10.00 a.m. The petitioner shall also appear before the Judicial Magistrate No.III, Vellore, on the 1st working day of every month till completion of trial.
