2. In continuation of the earlier order of this Court dated 27.03.2024, passed in Crl.O.P.No.7598 of 2024, paragraph Nos.5, 7 and 7(b) of the order may be substituted as follows:
"5.In view of the rehabilitation undertaken under the Tamil Nadu District Mineral Foundation Rules, 2017, and in order to curb the illegal sand mining activities, this Court is of the opinion that the petitioners are directed to deposit a sum of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand only) jointly as non refundable deposit to the credit of the concerned District Mineral Foundation Trust, without prejudice to their rights and contentions before the trial Court. 7.Taking note of the facts and circumstances, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioners are directed to deposit a sum of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand only) jointly as non refundable deposit to the 1/4
credit of the concerned District Mineral Foundation Trust, and on such deposit the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance, within a period of fifteen days from the date on which the order copy made ready, before the Judicial Magistrate, Sulur, on condition that the each of the petitioners shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the respondent police or the police officer who intends to arrest or to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand dismissed and on further condition that:
7(b).the petitioners shall deposit a sum of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand only) jointly as non refundable deposit to the credit of the concerned District Mineral Foundation Trust."
3. All other observations made in the earlier order dated 27.03.2024, shall remain intact.

4. Registry is directed to issue fresh order copy after carrying out necessary amendment.
5.Since amendment had been ordered today, time is extended for executing sureties and other conditions till 30.04.2024. 15.04.2024 smv 3/4
