ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by Dr.Anita Sumanth J.) This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed seeking the production of one Surya, the petitioner's son. On the earlier occasion, we had recorded the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor to the effect that efforts were on-going to locate the said detenu.

2. When the matter was called on 24.03.2026, the detenu was produced before us. He is aged 24 years and we are given to understand that he had absconded in order to evade the threat of certain creditors. Having regard to his age and the events that have been referred to aforesaid, it is clear that there is no illegal detention that arises in this case.
