ORDER
This Writ Petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the 2nd respondent not to freeze the petitioner's account No. 00040110000326 in the 3rd respondent bank which was directed to be frozen by the 2nd respondent on the basis of CSR-28 / 2024.
2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, on instructions, the learned counsel appearing for the 3 rd respondent would submit that there are so
many complaints received from the Cyber Crime Police in the States of Kerala, Gujarat and Bombay to freeze the Bank account of the petitioner towards Online fraud and also submitted that Rs.57 lakhs and odd is lying in the petitioner's Bank account.
3. In view of the above, the third respondent is directed to act as per the request made by the Cbyer Crime Police of various States stated supra. Hence, the prayer sought for in this Writ Petition cannot be granted.
4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
