This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to consider the representation made by the petitioner dated 31.03.2021 to issue patta in favour the petitioner.
2. Today, when the matter is listed under the caption 'for issuance of patta', the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the petitioner's application dated 31.03.2021 for issuance of patta has been considered and the same was rejected.
