This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent herein to register a case on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner dated 07.05.2015 and investigate the matter.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that, on the complaint dated 07.05.2015 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 30.06.2015. A copy of the Closure Report has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.
