The writ petition is at the notice of motion stage. Today, learned counsel for the respondents 1 and 2 seeks time to file counter. At this stage, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has filed a petition seeking early hearing.

2. On perusal of the proceedings of earlier hearings, it is noticed that the matter was adjourned repeatedly for filing counter. Therefore as a last chance, post the matter for filing counter in the 2nd week of February 2026. __________Page 1 of 3

3. In view of the above, this Court finds no sufficient grounds to advance the hearing. Accordingly, W.M.P. No.11258 of 2025 seeking early hearing is dismissed.

4. Respondents are directed to file their counter, positively on the next hearing date.
