Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to initiate disciplinary proceedings against the respondents 5 to 8 and their men and to debar them for their professional misconduct and violation of the professional ethics and the rules and regulations of the Advocates Act-1961 and the Bar Council, and issue further direction directing the respondents 3 and 4 to take criminal action against the respondents 5 to 9 for their illegal activities, intimidating the petitioner and trespassing into the petitioner's home; and initiate departmental enquiry and disciplinary proceedings against the 9th respondent for conducting "Katta Panchayat" and abuse of power against petitioner in colluding with the respondents 5 to 8 and their men on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 18.08.2017.
