This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondents to take the accused in Crime No.391 of 2015 on the file of the second respondent herein for custodial interrogation before filing charge sheet pursuant to the representation dated 14.07.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. A prayer sought for of this nature cannot be granted under Section 482 Cr.P.C.. However, the respondents police is directed to conduct investigation and take action, as expeditiously as possible and in accordance with law.
