This matter is listed today under the capation 'for being mentioned'. 2.While disposing of Tr.C.M.P.No.406 of 2021 on 14.12.2021, I had withdrawn FCMC.No.48 of 2018 from the file of the Family Court, Dharmapuri and transferred it to the Judicial Magistrate Court, Dharmapuri. By oversight, the specific Judicial Magistrate Court's number has not been given. Hence, some difficulty is expressed in transferring the matter to the concerned Magistrate.

3.Now I am informed that the jurisdictional Court is Judicial Magistrate (Mahila Court), Dharmapuri.
