The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that in the order, dated 07.12.2021 in Crl.M.P.No.12553 of in Crl.R.C.No.902 of 2021, while granting suspension of sentence, this Court imposed a condition to the petitioner to appear before the Trial Court on the first working day of every English Calender month at 10.30 A.M.

2. The learned Counsel for the petitioner expresses difficulty.

3. Therefore, the condition is further modified to report once in two months.
