This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register a case on the basis of the complaint dated 20.01.2015 and investigate the matter in accordance with law.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.
3. On reading of the complaint it essentially appears to be a civil dispute, inasmuch as the petitioner has issued a Power of Attorney as early as 04.09.2004 to one Senthilkumar, who in turn had sold the property. Hence, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
