Respondent Prayer:- This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to relax the following conditions mentioned in Paragraph No. 6, b) the petitioners shall not leave the Chennai city, until further orders; c) the petitioners shall surrender their passport, if any, to the Superintendent of the concerned prison, before release. d) the petitioners shall inform about their residence in Chennai to the Commissioner, Corporation of Chennai and the petitioners shall put himself in quarantine in the given residential address, which is imposed by this hon'ble court in Crl.OP. No. 7602 of 2020 dated 15-05-2020 on the file of the respondent police in crime no. 229 of 2020 and allow them to stay with their actual residential home at Salem and thus render Justice.
