ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner herein, who was arrested on 21.04.2022 for the alleged offence under Sections 294(b), 341, 120(B) read with Section 302 of IPC in Crime No.84 of 2021, seeks bail. 2.The petitioner herein is a history sheeter involved in more than 20 cases of grave offence. He is one of the accused in a case of murder of one Maharajan.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent police states that the investigation is completed and the final report is filed. The case is committed to the Sessions Court for trial. She further states that the petitioner is notorious history sheeter and if he is released on bail, there is every possibility of causing threat to the witnesses, which will lead to miscarriage of the justice. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition for bail is dismissed.
