The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that he has paid Rs.1,75,000/- (One Lakh Seventy Five Thousand Only) as ordered by this Court on 26.03.2026. Hence, the stay ordered by this Court is made absolute.

2. Mr.K.G.Senthil Kumar, learned counsel appeared for the respondent and prayed permission to withdraw the above amount.

3. Accordingly, the respondent is permitted to withdraw the above amount on filing proper application before the concerned Court.

4. List the matter on 16.06.2026.
