ORDER

The petitioner herein was granted bail by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.7471 of 2020 on 08.05.2020 with the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 am from 01.06.2020 until further orders. Seeking to relax the above condition, the petitioner is before this Court with this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is residing at Krishnagiri District and he is the sole bread winner of his family. From 01.06.2020 onwards, to comply with the above condition imposed by this Court, due to restriction and non availability of transportation imposed by the State during this 2/4

lock down period, the petitioner is riding his bike up and down from Krishnagiri District to Salem District, nearly 300 kilometers, where the respondent Police Station is situated.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the investigation with regard to the petitioner is almost over and he is regularly complying with the condition.

5.In view of the said submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the above condition imposed by this Court is relaxed. Accordingly, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
