(CR.NO. 510 OF 2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl OP No.2539 of 2022 dated 04.02.2022 that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. for a period of 2 months until further order in Crime No.510 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police station and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M.JAYACHANDRAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.2539 of 2022 dated 04.02.2022.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the respondent police had completed the investigation and charge sheet filed.
