This petition has been filed under Section 372 of the Indian Succession Act XXXIX of 1925 for grant of Succession Certificate.

2. The petitioners are the wife and daughter of the deceased Mr.A.SDivyendar, who died on 17.12.2021. At the time of his death, he has left the debts and securities, as shown in the schedule of the petitioner. Hence, the petitioners being the legal heirs, seek Succession Certificate to realise the assets of the deceased.

3. The first petitioner is examined as PW-1. Ex.P.1 to Ex.P.4 marked. Ex.P.1 filed to prove the death of the deceased Mr.A.S.Divyendar. Ex.P.2 filed to prove the legal Heirship certificate of the deceased. Ex.P.3 is the statement of holdings as on 13.03.2023 in respect of the shares and securities held by the deceased. Ex.P.4 is the paper publication. None has objected.

4. Considering the averments made in the petition and the documents filed by the petitioners, I am satisfied that the petitioners have succeeded the Estate of the deceased Mr.A.S.Divyendar. Therefore, the petition is ordered as prayed for and a direction for grant of Succession Certificate in favour of the petitioners with the power to collect the debts and to receive interest/accrued benefits specified in the schedule, is issued. 16.10.2023 skr
