ORDER

The petitioner has come up with this petition, seeking for a direction to the 2nd respondent police to give necessary police protection to enable him to construct a boundary wall on the strength of the judgment and order dated 12.08.2011 made in A.S.No. 16 of 2010 on the file of Tirupur Sub Court confirming the judgment and decree made in O.S.No. 165 of 2009 dated 08.01.2010 by considering his representation dated 20.05.2015. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.

3. This is an application seeking for police protection. It is seen that on the complaint given by the petitioner, the petition enquiry is pending in CSR No.377/2015.

4. Hence, the 2nd respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry in CSR No.377/2015 and take action in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)]. The 2nd respondent police shall ensure that there is no breach of law and order in the area. The petitioner shall also place all the records including the judgments and decrees before the 2nd respondent police for taking appropriate action.

5. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
