15 K.VIJAYALAKSHMI 16 S.LOGANATHAN 17 PRABAVATHY Civil Revision Petition Under Section 115 of Code of Civil Procedure against the fair and Decreetal Order dated 30.08.2016 passed in I.A.No.97 of 2015 in I.A.No.780 of 2012 in O.S. No.105 of 2001 on the file of the III Additional District and Sessions Judge, Coimbatore (in CRP(PD).No.3066 of 2016).
ORDER: This Petition coming on for Extension of time on Friday, the Twenty Fourth day of September Two Thousand Twenty One and perusing the earlier order dated 27.07.2020 and letter dated 30.07.2021 vide D.No.656/2021 from the III Additional District and Sessions Judge, Coimbatore, this court made the following order:- By an order dated 27.07.2020, this Court dismissed the Civil Revision Petition with a direction to dispose of the final decree application in I.A.No.780 of 2012, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order in accordance with law. 2.The learned III Additional District Judge, Coimbatore, by a letter to the Registry dated 30.07.2021, seeks extension of six months time on the ground that 3rd respondent died and I.A.No.1 of 2021 in I.A.No.780 of 2012 was pending for filing counter by respondents 2, 4, 5, 7 & 9 to 17 and I.A.No.2 of 2021 in I.A.No.780 of 2012 to implead the proposed party as 3rd petitioner in final decree application and the same is also pending for filing counter by respondents 2, 4, 5, 7 & 9 to 17.
3.Considering the reasons stated by the learned III Additional District Judge, Coimbatore, six months time is hereby granted to dispose of I.A.No.780 of 2012, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
