Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of writ of mandamus to direct the 2nd respondent to issue necessary certificates to the petitioner so enable him to continue his studies in any one of the colleges namely 1.Sakthi Polytechnic College, Sakthi Nagar, Appakudal, 2.Nandha Polytechnic College, Perundurai and 3.Kongu Polytechnic College, Perundurai based on his representation dated 02.08.2018.

ORDER
The petitioner has filed this petition for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the 2nd respondent to issue necessary certificates to the petitioner so as to enable him to continue his studies in any one of the colleges, namely 1.Sakthi Polytechnic College, Sakthi Nagar, Appakudal, 2.Nandha Polytechnic College, Perundurai and 3.Kongu Polytechnic College, Perundurai, based on his representation dated 02.08.2018. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
2. Though the petitioner seeks for a larger prayer, the learned counsel for the petitioner stated that the petitioner would be satisfied, if a direction is issued to the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 02.08.2018.
3. Considering the limited scope of the prayer that is now sought before this Court by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 02.08.2018 and pass appropriate orders and do the needful, if the second respondent is convinced with the reasonableness of the request made by the petitioner, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
