(CRIME NO.592 OF 2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the bail condition that the Petitioner shall appear before the respondent police every Wednesday at 10.30 A.M. until further orders imposed on the petitioner in Crl OP No.25324 of 2021 dated 23.12.2021 and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.SASIKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.25324 of 2021 dated 23.12.2021.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner is complying the condition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Recording the same, the petition for relaxation is allowed with the condition to report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
