This criminal original petition is filed to direct the respondents to register an FIR against the accused in pursuance to the order passed by learned V Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai in Crl.M.P.No.60541 of 2024 dated 04.11.2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner, a case in Crime No.200 of 2026 has been registered on 17.03.2026 for offences under Sections 406 and 420 of IPC and the same is under investigation.
