PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of BNSS Act, 2023 to enlarge the Petitioner on anticipatory bail in Crime No.25 of 2022 in the event of his arrest pending investigation on the file of the respondent police. O R D E R

Mr.S.Santhosh, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent submitted this is the third anticipatory bail petition. However, the petitioner has not disclosed the said fact in the petition. The second anticipatory bail in Crl.O.P.10132 of 2023 dated 23.11.2023 was dismissed by making the following observations:

"3. The learned counsel for the intervener stated that the petitioner herein has previous cases of similar nature/land grabbing. This fact was ascertained from the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), who stated that there are four previous cases of similar nature as against the petitioner herein. This fact is recorded."

2. Considering the aforesaid facts, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. According, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
