ORDER

(The case has been heard through video conference) Mr.S.Muthaiah, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would seek permission of this court to withdraw this civil revision petition. 2.At this juncture, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that it is the suit of the year 2012, thereby, she would seek that a direction may be issued to the trial Court to complete the trial within the specified period.

3.In view of the submission so made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. However, the learned Principal District Munsif, Tindivanam is hereby 2/4

directed to complete the trial in O.S.No.21 of 2012 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of nine months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
