Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of Mandamus directing the respondent 1 to 5 to take appropriate action against the 6th respondent based on the Complaint dated 15.4.2015 made by the petitioner and consequently demolish the unauthorized construction made by the 6th respondent situated at New No.193/2 Old No.99 Vellala Street, Kodambakkam, Chennai-600 024.

ORDER

AGNIHOTRI,J.,) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file petition with proper prayer and makes an endorsement to that effect, as under:- " May be permitted to withdraw the petition with liberty to file proper prayer."

2. In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforestated, if so advised under the provisions of law. No costs.
