Pursuant to the notice issued in this Writ of Habeas Corpus Petition on 15.6.2017, the learned Public Prosecutor has received instructions in the matter and informs us that the alleged detenu was already arrested and produced before the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

competent Criminal Court, which has remanded him under judicial custody. This fact is also corroborated by the learned counsel for the writ petitioner today. Hence, no further orders are needed to be passed in this Habeas Corpus Petition and it stands accordingly dismissed, preserving full liberty to the writ petitioner to workout her remedies in accordance with law. No costs.
