Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

2. The petitioner seeks for issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the 2nd respondent to issue patta in favour of the petitioner in respect of lands measuring 0.92 cents, situated in Survey No.140/3, Kizhkuppam Village at No.86, Arakkonam Taluk, Vellore District.

3. The counter affidavit filed by the Tahsildar, Arakkonam states that based on the directions issued in the earlier writ petition filed by the petitioner, an enquiry was conducted and the claim made by the petitioner was rejected by order made in Na.Ka.B2/7513/2014 dated 18.8.2014.

4. In the light of the stand taken above, the 2nd respondent namely, the Tahsildar, Arakkonam is directed to communicate the order dated 18.8.2014 to the petitioner by registered post and it is open https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

to the petitioner to challenge the same since the above information has been furnished for the first time before this Court.

5. The status quo which is prevailing as on date pursuant to the interim order granted in this writ petition dated 7.7.2014 shall continue for a period of eight weeks from the date on which the order is communicated by the respondent to the writ petitioner, within such time, it is open to the petitioner to challenge the order.

6. The Writ Petition is disposed of in the above terms. No costs.
