This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the third respondent to register a case based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 14.07.2015 and investigate the same in accordance with law.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. It appears that the petitioner has sent the complaint by post.
