Heard the submissions of the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent, who produced the proceedings of the Director of Primary Education, Chennai, dated 9.3.2016, in Na.Ka. 2.In the light of what is stated above, no orders can be passed in this contempt petition and therefore, it is closed. However, if the petitioner is aggrieved by the above said proceedings dated 9.3.2016, he is at liberty to challenge the same in accordance with law, before the competent forum. No costs.
