Mr.K.Sathish Kumar, learned counsel takes notice on behalf of respondent. By consent, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal.

2. The petitioner was appointed as a Salesman under the Respondent Corporation. It appears that he has been removed from service and he made a representation for reinstatement on 05.01.2021. Hence, he seeks reconsideration.

3. Heard the submissions made on either side and perused the materials available on record.

4. Considering the limited prayer, without expressing any opinion on merits, a direction is given to the respondent to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

consider the representation of the petitioner on merits and in accordance with law and pass order within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
