ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrest at the hands of the respondent police on 20.03.2022 for the alleged offences under Sections 5(l), 5 (j)(ii) read with Section 6 of POCSO Act 2012 in Crime No.10 of 2022 seeks bail.

2. The petitioner herein had impregnated 16 years old girl. The mother of the victim girl came to know about the pregnancy after four months.

3. The learned Counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner is ready to marry the victim girl once she attains majority.

4. Taking into consideration of the offence as alleged by the victim girl against the petitioner in her 164(5) statement, this Court is of the opinion that custody of the petitioner is necessary till the completion of the investigation.
