This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to issue 5th and 6th Semester Mark Sheets, Consolidated Mark Sheet and Provisional Certificate to the petitioner based on the representations dated 01.02.2023 and 05.03.2023, submitted by him.

2. Since no adverse order is going to be passed, notice to the second respondent is dispensed with.

3. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner has completed B.Sc., (Botany) at Arignar Anna Government Arts College, Cheyyar, Tiruvannamalai District on 18.02.2022. But, so far as the 5th and 6th Semester Mark Sheets have not been provided to him. Further, the petitioner has applied for the Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) with the Tamil Nadu Teachers Education University and the same was returned on 09.02.2022 on

the ground that the petitioner has not submitted his UG Provisional Certificate. Hence, he made representations on 01.02.2023 and 05.03.2023 to the respondents 1 and 2 seeking to provide his 5th and 6th Semester Mark Sheets, Consolidated Mark Sheet and Provisional Certificate. But, till date, the same have not been considered. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition with the aforesaid prayer.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that it would suffice, if this Court may issues a direction to the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 05.03.2023 and pass appropriate orders, within a time frame that may be fixed by this Court.

5. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent has no serious objection for such an order being passed by this Court.

6. Heard learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

7. Considering the limited request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court, without going into the merits of the matter, directs the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 05.03.2023 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as interested parties, if any.

8. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
