Prayer: This Criminal Revision filed under Section 397(1) read with 401 of Code of Criminal Procedure, to call for the records relating to the order dated 15.12.2017 made in Crl.M.P.No.1639 of 2017 in M.C.No.6 of 2011 passed by the Judicial Magistrate Court, Katpadi, Vellore and revise the same by setting aside the impugned order.

O R D E R

During the pendency of this Revision, as per directions of this Court the petitioner has already deposited the arrears of amount for a sum of Rs.5,00,000/-. Therefore, nothing survives in the Revision Petition for adjudication.

2.The respondent is permitted to withdraw the amount, since the entire arrears of amount has been deposited, the attachment order passed by the Magistrate is hereby set aside. The Revision Petitioner is permitted to pay the monthly maintenance on or before every 5th of English Calender month, failing which the attachment order will continue for non payment of the monthly maintenance.
