ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed call for the records pertaining to the First Information Reprot in Crime No.348 of 2018 on the file of the 1st Respondent Police and quash the same. 1/4

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that, investigation in this case is completed and final report is also filed before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Walajapet during the 1st week of March and it is yet to be taken on file by the Judicial Magistrate.

3. In view of the submission of the learned Government (Crl. Side) that investigation is over and final report is also filed, this Court is not inclined to entertain the quash petition.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. This Court directs the learned Judicial Magistrate, Walajapet to take the case on file, if it is in order, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 03.04.2023 Sma 2/4
