Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of mandamus to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to enforce the lock and seal notice dated 6/4/2015 issued by the fourth respondent and consequently lock and seal the property bearing Old Door No.26 New Door No.32 Arumugam Street, George Town, Chennai 600 079 and demolish the unauthorised construction put up in the said property by the fifth and sixth respondents and consequently forbear the third, seventh and eighth respondents from effecting sewerage water and electricity connections to the said property.
