A. No.1715 of 2024 has been filed by the plaintiff seeking for reception of additional documents. The said additional documents are all distributorship agreement, invoices and advertisements effected by the plaintiff. The copies of the document have also been handed over to the learned counsel for the defendant in the open Court, today by the plaintiff's counsel. No prejudice would be caused to the defendant, if the said documents are allowed to be received and marked as Exhibits on the side of the plaintiff, subject to its admission, proof and relevancy. Infact as seen from the affidavit filed in support of A. No.
1715 of 2024, the plaintiff has categorically pleaded that in the plaint they have disclosed that they have entered into a Distributorship Agreement and they have also incurred an advertisement expenditure for promoting their product under their trademark. Therefore sufficient cause has also been shown by the plaintiff for allowing this application. Accordingly, A. No.1715 of 2024 is allowed as prayed for and the documents are allowed to be received and marked as Exhibits on the side of the plaintiff.
