(CRIME NO.24/2019) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to set aside the order passed in CMP No.519/2021 by its order dated 25.03.2021 with regard to the condition imposed that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am until further orders in CMP No.2511/2019 by its order dated 18.12.2019 by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tittagudi and relax the same.

Order : This petition coming on for order upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.LOUISAL RAMESH Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S. P.KRITIKA KAMAL, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application is filed to relax the condition imposed in CMP.No.2511 of 2019 dated 18.12.2019, by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tittagudi, against the petitioner directing him to report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in CMP.No.2511 of 2019 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

dated 18.12.2019 is modified and the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent Police, on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.

5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
