Respondents Prayer:- Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of habeas corpus calling for the records in Detention Order in No.C3.D.O.No.53/2018 dated 10.08.2018 on the file of the 2nd Respondent herein and set aside the same and direct the Respondents herein to produce the body of the petitioner's brother-in-law Thiru Balaji, aged 35 years, son of Ponnusamy now confined in Central Prison, Vellore before this Hon'ble Court and set him at liberty.

ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.SATHYANARAYANAN, J.] It is represented that the impugned order of detention passed by the 2nd respondent against the detenu herein, has been revoked by the Advisory Board and the Government Order in G.O.Rt.No.305, Cooperation, Food and Consumer Protection (E2) Department, dated 24.09.2018 has also been passed.

2. In the light of the said development, nothing remains for further adjudication in this Habeas Corpus Petition. Accordingly, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as Infructuous.
