The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records on the file of the third respondent pertaining to rejection order dated 04.01.2026 made under Application No.TN-7202512052444 filed on 05.12.2025 and quash the same and consequently, direct the third respondent to issue Class-I Legal heirship certificate in favour of the petitioner and his siblings as the legal heirs of Venkatesan. 2.It is represented by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents that during the pendancy of this writ petition, the third respondent issued legal heirship certificate to the petitioner.
